• Photos & Videos are delivered in 24 hours.
• 3D Matterport, iGuide and Floor plans may take up to 48 hours to be delivered depending on the time of day they were completed.
• Virtual Staging and digital edits will be delivered within 24-48 hours depending on the complexity and quantity of the edits.
• Custom projects will be given a specific day of delivery.

You have the unlimited right to use the images and do not have the rights to resell or transfer the image use to someone else. R/E Pro Photos is the holder of the copyright to the images. If you would like to get a full release of copyright, please contact us.

Photographers sometimes work on a very tight schedule. They might make a suggestion 

if asked however will not touch or move anything in and around the property. It’s the owner’s/agent’s responsibility to ensure the property is photo ready upon the photographer’s arrival.

The photographer may help turn on the lights and open the blinds/shades/curtains if necessary.

Enter the email address where you received the shoot/email confirmation, then click forgot password, and follow the instructions.

Log in to https://pro.reprophotos.com using your email address and password. If you haven’t created a password,( please follow instructions from the previous question.)

Click on Completed shoots

Click on Downloads

Click on Full size images for printing and Small images to upload into the MLS

Your images will download with the full property address as the file name. Ex: 123MainStreetYourCityStateZip-SMALL.zip

If using a PC the images will appear in your downloads, Extract all the images(Image 7).

This will extract the images in a new folder with the same name as the file name.

You can now upload the images to the MLS.
