How do I book a shoot?

Click the Book a Shoot button to book with us, or give us a call or send a text (202) 868-1663. You can also email your request to contact@reprophotos.com.

How long will it take to get my photos?

Photography, 2D floor plans, 3D Matterport, and drone photos or video are typically delivered in about 24 hours. Walkthrough, highlight, and social media videos plus Premium iGuide are delivered in 24–48 hours. 3D floor plans and Matterport floor plans may take up to 72 hours. Custom projects receive a specific delivery date.

Who holds the copyrights to the images?

You have the unlimited right to use the images and do not have the rights to resell or transfer the image use to someone else. R/E Pro Photos is the holder of the copyright to the images. If you would like to get a full release of copyright, please contact us.

Will the Photographer stage the property?

Photographers sometimes work on a very tight schedule. They might make a suggestion if asked however will not touch or move anything in and around the property. It's the owner's/agent's responsibility to ensure the property is photo ready upon the photographer's arrival. The photographer may help turn on the lights and open the blinds/shades/curtains if necessary.

How do I log in to the client portal?

Clients sign in at https://pro.reprophotos.com/. First-time users can create an account at https://pro.reprophotos.com/create_account.php with their first name, last name, company, phone, email, and password, or request access from our office. Staff use https://reprodashboard.com. The Old Dashboard / ViewShoot is a legacy system and is not the primary client login.

How do I download my delivered media?

Sign in at https://pro.reprophotos.com/, open the delivered shoot, and choose Download Center. Select MLS Optimized (1800×1200 — best for MLS uploads) or Print Resolution (full-resolution files for print and design). Package, service, video, and floor-plan downloads are also available when included in your order.
