Covid-19 Pre-Shoot Directions

How to prep before the shoot

A team member from R/E Pro Photos will be photographing your property/listing. Please follow these guidelines for your safety and the safety of the photographer. The photographer will have protective gear on and may be difficult to understand behind a mask.

  1. The photographer will not touch anything in the house. This is for your protection as well as the photographer.
  2. The house will be shot as is. Please remove any clutter, trash cans, towels etc. These items should be hidden before the shoot begins.
  3. All lights should be on. All fans, televisions and fireplace should be off.
  4. Blinds should be open horizontally.  (—) not ( / )
  5. We would request that you either maintain it at least 10 to 15 feet of distance between yourself and the photographer or plan to leave the property.
  6. For everyone’s safety, please remove or crate any pets from the home while the photographer is working.
  7. All counters should be clear of clutter, toilet seats should be down and closet doors should be closed.
  8. We don’t shoot photos of the garage or inside cabinets and closets so you can place things inside them if needed during the shoot.

The shoot should take an average of 1-3 hours depending on the size of the home and the shots being taken, photos, videos, and 3-D. The more prepared the property is before the photographer arrives the faster the photographer can complete the job and you can return to your home as normal.

Thank you for your help!
