How to prep before the shoot
A team member from R/E Pro Photos will be photographing your property/listing. Please follow these guidelines for your safety and the safety of the photographer. The photographer will have protective gear on and may be difficult to understand behind a mask.
- The photographer will not touch anything in the house. This is for your protection as well as the photographer.
- The house will be shot as is. Please remove any clutter, trash cans, towels etc. These items should be hidden before the shoot begins.
- All lights should be on. All fans, televisions and fireplace should be off.
- Blinds should be open horizontally. (—) not ( / )
- We would request that you either maintain it at least 10 to 15 feet of distance between yourself and the photographer or plan to leave the property.
- For everyone’s safety, please remove or crate any pets from the home while the photographer is working.
- All counters should be clear of clutter, toilet seats should be down and closet doors should be closed.
- We don’t shoot photos of the garage or inside cabinets and closets so you can place things inside them if needed during the shoot.
The shoot should take an average of 1-3 hours depending on the size of the home and the shots being taken, photos, videos, and 3-D. The more prepared the property is before the photographer arrives the faster the photographer can complete the job and you can return to your home as normal.
